Today’s project is the third of the Valentine Projects that I made during my CASE (Copy And Share with Everyone) day last week when I was trying to get my mojo back. I’m still trying and still CASEing, so I’m sure you’ll see more before Valentine’s Day is actually here!
As you can see, I’m still working with the same sheets from the same set of papers that I used for the last two CASEd projects I spoke of last week, the Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper from this year’s Stampin’ Up! Sale-A-Bration brochure. I have also included a new stamp from the Heart Happiness Stamp Set that happens to use one of the dies in the Lots to Love Box Framelits set. That brings me to something I haven’t mentioned before. That Framelits set not only goes with stamps in the Sure Do Love You stamp set, it also goes with several of the stamps in the Heart Happiness Stamp Set. It’s a great two-fer and I hope Stampin’ Up! keeps this idea alive going forward.
The arrangement of the word LOVE, with the Heart shape as the O, is one I CASEd from a project by fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, Jenny Hall. She used a different set of papers and different colors, but this layout is definitely hers. And I LOVE it!
Once again, I used a card and matching envelope from the Sale-A-Bration FREE Tutti-Frutti Cards & Envelopes set. You can get this or the Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper for FREE with any other Stampin’ Up! purchase of $50. If you spend $100 you can get BOTH of these freebies. Note that, this year, there are special freebies that you can get ONLY with a $100 purchase. They’re definitely worth it, and I plan to show some of them off here before too long.
To finish up the card and envelope combo, I stamped”Happy Valentine’s Day” from the Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set using Calypso Coral Ink, punching it out with the Classic Label Punch and then adhering it to the card front over the letters using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
And I used another stamp from the Heart Happiness Stamp Set to decorate the envelope that comes in the Tutti-Frutti Cards & Envelopes and that matches the card base.
Here are the products I used in this project. Just click on any of the icons to be whisked away to my personal Stampin’ Up! store. There you can learn more about each product and even order it online right then and there!
