Aloha, all!
Happy 2020! What a difference a year makes. This time last year, we were still reeling from having lost our home to the Kilauea Lava eruption, and here we were stuck in this small apartment, surrounded by “stuff” that really didn’t feel like ours – even though technically it was.
This year we’re in the same small apartment, but it is now home. We worked hard this year to make it OUR HOME. Besides what we worked to do, by chance our apartment was rewarded with a spectacular ocean view when the owner of a neighboring property had to cut down some trees that had become a threat to her house. We have got to be two of the luckiest people on earth to have had such a dramatic transformation over the year.
This year, we truly can say that we’re looking forward to a Happy New Year – and we wish the same for you and yours.
This is my last Stampin’ Up! project for 2019, made with products that, as of the time I write this, are all still current products in the Stampin’ Up! catalog. The beautiful Night of Navy with Copper Stars paper will retire come tomorrow night. But that lovely Copper Foil and the Word Wishes and Friendly Silhouettes Dies will stick around for at least another 6 months.
And the sentiment will stay around for a long time after that!
Happy New Year!!!
