Aloha, all!
Easter is almost here, and I haven't done much in the way of sharing Easter Cards! But I have been making them because I was offering an Easter Card Class earlier this week. For the next few days, I'll be sharing photos of the cards that we made in our class. If you're interested in any of these cards, they're all available in my 2016 Easter Card Class Booklet, that I'm selling as a tutorial. Each card has its own page, and the booklet includes a listing of all basic supplies needed for the whole class if you're interested in that.
I've seen quite a few cards with an oval easter egg this year, many of which have stamped images to create the egg's design. For this card, I used Designer Series Papers. It's so much quicker than stamping because there's not as much time spent cleaning stamps and changing colors!
For the flowers decorating the egg, I used a single punch, also a lot quicker than using Sizzix dies – just punch, punch, punch! No need to keep lining up papers and dies and running them through the Big Shot!
Check out tomorrow's post for the next Easter Card Class project!
