Aloha, all!
I can’t believe I’ve been back in Hawaii for almost two weeks! We had such a wonderful time in Minnesota, as well in Vancouver, Washington, with our grandchildren. But then we got back to Hilo and there was so much to do!!
But I still am keeping my mind on my Stampin’ Up! crafting – or lack of it – since we were evacuated from our home over two months ago. Being around water – whether in Hawaii with the Pacific Ocean, in Minnesota with all its lakes, or in Vancouver, Washington, with its rivers – makes me think of my paper crafting.. Regardless of what body of water I’m around, I’m amazed at all of the colors that show themselves off during different times of the day and night.
Two of my sister Stampin’ Up! demonstrators sent me cards that highlight the times of the day when purples blend themselves in with the different sea blues of the water.
The first card actually does show off a sea scene!
The second card that uses the same types of color is not a sea scene, but does remind me of what I see in the ocean in Hawaii – using the Tropical Escape Suite of Stampin’ Up! products.
I can hardly wait to have some space of my own to get some stamping supplies out so I can act on the inspiration that these cards and these demonstrators have created!
