When I saw the newest Stampin' Up! Catalog – scheduled to be published on January 3, 2013 – I was so excited to see a couple of products that I could definitely use for a Christmas Card! So you're getting my own sneak peek at what's going to be coming up in just a few weeks!
Yes, it's Henry! That darling elephant and lots of greetings and decorations are going to be in a Stampin' Up! Stamp Set! I was so glad to be able to show off his Christmas Greetings, and I'll be even happier to show off the other parts of this set after we get into the New Year! I really wanted to have him stamped on some Designer Series Papers – and I tried out a few. But the Christmas papers that I had just didn't work for me today. I certainly could have made him a bit fussier – but this is a Christmas Card for one of my grandsons, so it needed to be on the cuter and simpler side.
Oh – and there are Oval Framelits!!!. Finally some more ovals in the Stampin' Up! Catalog! The largest one – the one that I cut from Gumball Green Card Stock – even has a scalloped edge. How fun is that! And there are SIX of the ovals. I can already tell they're going to be so much fun to use. I'm thinking I'll be using them on a lot of the rest of my Christmas cards for this season!
No more surprises today. My book club's coming over and I get to play the rest of the day! But I'm sure I'll have something to share with you by the weekend – maybe something more of a Sneak Peek!
