Aloha, all!
Today the floodgates opened! Or rather, I opened my Post Office Box and IT. WAS. STUFFED! As I pulled out one envelope or package, others came out with it and fell to the floor. Two people checking their mail just stopped and stared.
This evening I am going to open every one of them, and I’ll start sharing them with you tomorrow. This exercise is going to make me get my Stampin’ Up! Catalog out of its box and opened so that I can see what wonderful new products my fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators have used to make their wonderful cards – and they are ALL wonderful!
As for an update on where we are in our adjustment to our new lives after our home in Leilani Estates was destroyed, the best thing has been meeting new friends! Already three people whom I’ve known for a while, but who have lived quite a distance from us (this is the BIG Island, after all), now live closer and we’ve been able to socialize and get to know each other better. What a blessing!
Thank you everyone!

The eruption was so devastating. I am so sorry you lost your home. But the important thing is that you are safe. You that you are in our prayers.
Looks like your mailbox erupted! That’s such a great photo & I hope you feel very loved (which you are!!). Can’t wait to see those cards on your posts!
I have been following your blog and am so sorry to learn that your home was among those destroyed. Our daughter and son-in-law lost their home last October to the fires north of San Francisco. They had only 15 minutes notice to evacuate and lost virtually everything. People say “it’s only things,” but it is still a devastating loss. My thoughts are with you as you rebuild your lives, and it must bring you great comfort to know that so many are thinking of you and sending you their best wishes
