Aloha, all!
Have you had a chance to look at the newest Sale-a-bration offers from Stampin' Up!? I know I've shown off the fun new Glimmer Paper. But today I want to share one of the new Stamp Sets being offered FOR FREE with a $50 Stampin' Up! Order – Make a Medallion.
Everything stamped in the middle, Whisper White, circle (not the Happy Birthday banner) is stamped with the Make a Medallion set. What you see there in that circle are three separate stamps. For this card, I chose to stamp both large circles using Emerald Envy Ink, and the smaller half circle (stamped twice) using Peekaboo Peach Ink. I am definitely going to try THREE different colors before too long. For now, this is one of the projects that I'll be sharing with my downline group for our Monday get together this coming week.
To make the entire project, I used a piece of paper from the Festive Birthday Designer Series Paper set as the background design. I used Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the layers of circles I die-cut using the Layering Circles Framelits. After I adhered all of this to a layer of Emerald Envy Cardstock, I tied on some ribbon and a bow using the Emerald Envy 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon. Then I adhered everything onto a card base made of Peekaboo Peach Cardstock. Finally, I added a banner out of Whisper White Cardstock, stamped with a greeting using the Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set, using Emerald Envy Ink, and punched using the Classic Label Punch. The final touch was to add some 2016-2018 Enamel Shapes – Peekaboo Peach – to the banner.
What fun I've already had with this FREE STAMP SET!. I have another project for tomorrow's blog post. But I think I'll try some other colors before the week gets too old and show them off, too! Remember, all you have to do is to order $50 worth of Stampin' Up! products (and, yes, you can order from the clearance rack OR add to your Paper Pumpkin Subscription!). If you just ordereed the Designer Series Paper, the Layering Circles Framelits and the Emerald Envy Ribbon, you'd have enough to get the stamp set FOR FREE! It has several sentiments in it, and you'd not have to buy anything else for a great card!
Here are the products I featured in today's project. Just click on any of the pictures to go to my Stampin' Up! store to find out more about any of them – and to order them all!
