On a Roll With My Stampin’ Up! Sizzix
Before I became a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I used my Sizzix Big Shot machine a LOT. Now–finally!–I can use my brand new Stampin Up Big Shot to show off all my great Stampin’ Up! products!
I made this card with some of the Stampin’ Up! exclusive dies, including the "Top Note Bigz Die" and the flowers and leaves from the "Birds and Blooms Sizzlits Die 4-Pack," all of which you will be able to buy from Stampin’ Up! this fall.
The Top Note die features a dotted line just inside the cut line. It looks nice as an embellishment, but it can also be used as a cut line. In this card, I cut two pieces of Cardstock–Lovely Lilac and Elegant Eggplant. I trimmed the Lovely Lilac piece and layered it over the Elegant Eggplant. Finally, I added some flowers and Old Olive leaves, a bit of Old Olive 1/4" Grosgrain ribbon (new in our new catalog!), some Old Olive brads, and voilà a sweet card to send to a friend!
